Dear guests!

• When leaving your room, do not forget to turn off the TV, radio, air conditioner, and light bulbs.

We remind you that it is dangerous to cover switched-on floor and table lamps with flammable objects.
If you have arrived at the hotel for the first time, try to remember the location of the exits and stairs well.
In case of a fire in your room:

• immediately report the incident to the fire department by calling 01, 112; 
• if it is not possible to extinguish the fire on your own, leave the room and close the door without locking it;
• be sure to report the fire to the hallway attendant or another member of the administration, leave the danger zone and act as instructed by the administration or the fire department.

In case of a fire outside your room:

• immediately report the incident to the fire department by calling 01, 112;
• leave your room after closing the windows and doors;
• if the hallways and stairwells are heavily smoky and it is impossible to leave the premises, stay in your room with the windows wide open;
• a closed and well-sealed door can reliably protect you from dangerous temperatures;
• to avoid smoke poisoning, cover cracks and ventilation openings with towels or bedding soaked in water;
• try to inform the administration of your location by phone;
• when firefighters arrive at the scene, go to the window and signal for assistance.

• turn on the radio, TV, listen to information transmitted through outdoor loudspeakers and loudspeakers. The voice message will tell you what happened, the main recommendations, and rules of conduct;
• follow the recommendations of specialists (rescuers and firefighters, police officers, medical workers). This will help to provide timely assistance to victims, reduce or prevent consequences (impact of hazardous factors);
• do not create conditions that hinder or complicate the actions of rescuers, firefighters, medical workers, police officers, public transport employees;
• do not go beyond the fence marking the danger zone.
